Due to health and sanitation issues, MyRemy cannot accept previously purchased hair and/or products. We have listed the few exceptions below.

Orders may be changed or canceled if your purchased product(s) has not been processed. Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel or change your order. We will be glad to provide full refunds or exchanges for items that have not been shipped out. Please note, once your product is shipped and a tracking number is assigned to your order, the order can no longer be canceled.

If your order has already been processed but has not been delivered to your address, you may still have the option of getting a refund. When your order is delivered to your address, you will need to reject the order upon receipt. When the order is rejected, USPS will return the package back to us. Once we receive the package from USPS, a refund (minus actual shipping costs) or an exchange* will be issued. Rejecting the package is the only method we will accept for refunds/exchanges for packages that have already left our facility. In order to avoid any confusion or issues, please contact us first and inform us if you will be rejecting a package.

If you received your package and the order was incorrect, we will correct it with no questions asked. Although all of our orders are double checked before leaving our facility, mistakes sometimes happen. Any and all errors made by us will be 100% corrected in a timely manner and at no additional cost to you.
